I grew up on the irrigated edge of the California desert, fortified by orange groves, smog and the sweet summer sounds of 1970s Top-40 AM radio. Most kids got a car when they turned 16 – I got a Rhodes electric piano.

After that it’s all a blur…Andromeda, The Avatars, Private Sector, The Sedans, The Boxcutters, (actual size), Little Details*, mostly harmless…and, of course, the ralph show!

I’ve had the privilege of sharing the stage with some pretty awesome people…some you might have heard of (my wife insists that I mention these two: The Eagles; Linda Ronstadt) but most you wouldn’t recognize. Yeah…I was the kid who wanted to be a rock star, and while I haven’t become a household name I’ve had many incredible experiences playing music. No regrets here.

I support this musical habit with my work in graphic and web design, marketing consultation and all the fun things that go along with helping small businesses bring paying customers through the door.

I’m still living in that desperate little town that wants so hard to be Pasadena (or something like it) with my lovely wife, our three cats and one guinea pig. Life is good.
